My name is Ari Herzog and I am the principal of Ari Herzog & Associates, providing online media strategies for business and government. Through a 5-step process of analyzing, recommending, implementing, branding, and monitoring, I speak and consult about the best practices of social media and online marketing to reduce overhead and increase productivity.

I am also a city councilor-elect in Newburyport, Massachusetts. My two-year term begins January 2010.

With 10 years of experience in information technology, community journalism, and government administration, I am passionate about informing and empowering civic engagement and cross-agency collaboration to narrow the digital divide.
