The Road Less Taken was my mantra for many years, defending less-than-average grades in high school and college:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
Forget about this road or that, door 1 or 2. When you are in control of your destiny, you can march to your own beat, build your own road, and color your world however you want.
Build your own brand and let others interpret you as you interpret this picture.

Sometimes things come along exactly when you need them. I needed this post right now. Thanks!
Thanks for a great post. It made me pick up the old worn copy of Walden I have sitting in my bookshelf (that I carried with me everyday of high school) & decide to make some time to give it a read today. It’s been awhile, but it remains to be the most important book I ever read.
To me, the picture looks like rose-colored glasses, and sometimes those are useful. They help you have faith & carry on down that chosen path, even when the “plain old glasses” would make it look impossible.
