		<description>Like, you are totally right. In all seriousness, I remember working with a lady who during her presentations would say &quot;um&quot; twice per sentence, at minimum.  It was awful. Sometimes I think the text messaging/IM generation is going to be challenged when formally writing, because they are getting used to abbreviating and emoticon-ing everything.  My text messages tend to be long, but I would rather that than sound like I am still in high school.</description>
