I’ve written at length why I enjoy giving and receiving.
In the nature of giving, I’d like to share with you 19 bloggers who wrote insightful content over the past week and sparked me to add a comment.
This is not a complete list, but shows you an assortment of people who influence me and allow me to pick their (and other readers’) brains:
- Keith Hopper: Twitter Hawks
- Ricardo Bueno: I don’t like the whole “auto-responder” thing, but…
- Dave Atkins: Social media for clients, constituents, and customers
- Kim Woodbridge: I loved my grandmother
- Penelope Trunk: How to beat the system to get a great job
- David Mullen: Do social media tools make us less social where it counts most?
- Dave Fleet: 8 questions to ask your “social media expert”
- Paul Boag (Smashing Magazine): 8 useful tips to become successful with Twitter
- Neal Wiser: To follow or not to follow; that is the question
- Adriel Hampton: Gov 2.0 is a leveler or it is nothing
- Andrea Hill: What would it take for you to consider web accessibility?
- Danny Brown: It’s good to say no
- Steve Field: Why every government employee doesn’t need to blog
- Mitch Joel: Three degrees of separation?
- Jeff Cutler: I forget how good I have it
- Jonathan Burg: Your brand influence is not a metric
- Jim Tobin: How MC Hammer went from caricature to human being–the social media story
- Lorelle VanFossen: Exploring social media: LeVar Burton passionate about social media
- Ari Adler: An Ari by any other (last) name isn’t me
Please click the above links if anything speaks out to you. Add a comment, too, if you are also sparked. And if you want to reach out and broaden your circle of bloggers to follow, I can’t think of a better bunch for this week’s roundup.

Ari,
It’s all a conversation and I’m betting we get more from your participation, your comments and your contributions than we provide.
Thanks for doing all the crazy and sane things that you do. And thanks for bringing those other 18 great people to my attention.
Stay well, my friend.

Arri,
Once again, thanks for an excellent post.
I checked out the links. Added a people of people that I now follow on Twitter. Learned and enjoyed.
We agree. I’ll say it my way, tho. It’s not about me. It’s about us. The power is in us.
I think US may be what at least this part of the Twenty first century, and certainly Social Media is about!

Thank you for including me Ari! Some of the articles you’ve included I’m aware of – others I’ll need to check out.
And I love the photo of the elephants
Kim Woodbridge´s last blog post..I Loved My Grandmother
Thank for the list, Ari! Finding new folks here that I’m going to want to watch.
Adriel Hampton´s last blog post..Government 2.0 Isn’t Facebook (More or Less)
Hey Ari,
Thanks for the mention and feedback on that article. Like I said, it works for some and others might not like it very much. But, you gotta admit, the video is different and it does leave an impression (which ultimately is the point).
Thanks again for the mention and for stopping by.
Ricardo Bueno´s last blog post..[Survey] Facebook vs. Twitter
Ari,
Thanks for including me in this list; I’m honored. Thanks, also, for being someone who likes to blog but also likes to comment on other people’s blogs. While I still find blogging to be more of an outlet than a discussion, I also see the discussions across the blogosphere increasing and that’s a positive sign.
