Maybe I misunderstood the question but I just spent the morning posting about how to add Google search rss to my google reader when Zemanta suggested adding a link to your post. I was a little surprised when yours said you couldn't do it. We learned in 30 Day Challenge that you can if once you search, you press the News link for your search results. There's a RSS link on the bottom of that page that sends ongoing results to Google Reader. See if that works for you.

Thanks Ari, I appreciate your answer much. I suppose I will have to tune Google Search to suit my preferences ( and I'll check out alerts too ). By the way, I spend way more than 20% of my time in the reader, it's the single best tool for my purposes...which are essentially reading and sharing.

My <a href="http://www.google.com/reader/shared/03256507980052811175" title="it's Google, it's clean">shared feed</a> from Google Reader.

Thanks again!

p.s. By the way, I really like the way your comment function searches out my latest post, it's really quick!
