Internet Business Owners to Pay Taxes?

If you own a business that has no physical presence in a U.S. state, you are not required to ask for, nor submit, sales tax.
A 1992 U.S. Supreme Court ruling does not obligate mail-order firms (and internet companies, by extension) to use tax.
