Started reading Tribes and had at least 10 ideas for blog posts after making it through 10 pages. Think you've captured a couple of things well here: 1) The people we meet on Twitter, via our blogs, throughout our social media interactions and the relationships we forge are what keep me going when I get frustrated or times get tough. People are inspiration and they are the lifeblood of businesses, not products. Well pointed out by you. 2) More and more people just have a desire to enjoy what they do in life and follow their dreams, whether at work or play. There's no line between personal and professional, there's just a vision a desire. And the inspiration people bring about makes that vision and desire seem achievable. Things <b>are</b> changing on a worldwide scale, and not just in business. Maybe I'm wearing glasses with too much of a rose tint, but I feel there's a huge groundswell happening all around us. Sure, there are still things and people that try to destroy us and what we're trying to achieve. But their numbers are lessening all the time and the good are becoming great and leading us.
